GOOGLE CHROME:

Open Chrome browser and type “chrome://flags” in the address bar.

1. Once in the flags area, type “enable-ftp” in the search bar stating, “search flags”.
2. When you see the “Enable support for FTP URLs” option tap where it says “Default”.
3. Then from Tap select “Enable” option.
4. Hit “Relaunch Now” option at the bottom of the page.

 FIREFOX:

Open Firefox browser and type “about:config” in the address bar.

1. Type “networ.ftp.enabled” in the search bar.
2. Then by clicking the arrow looking options icon, set the preference from “false” to “true” .
   
3. Close the browser and “Relaunch” it.
